Online Appointments

Currently, all of our advising appointments and services are virtual. You should email your advisor(s) directly for academic advising assistance or schedule an appointment online at BlueHenSuccess.udel.edu/students.

Your Responsibilities

As an advisee, it’s your responsibility to:

  • Read your UD email daily and respond in a timely manner
  • Reach out for help when academic or personal challenges arise
  • Meet with your academic advisor at least once a semester to discuss your academic progress
  • Arrive on time and understand that if you are late, you may have to reschedule
  • Be prepared by reviewing your UDSIS Degree Audit and bringing your updated four-year plan
  • Turn off your cell phone
  • Understand your degree requirements and alert your academic advisor if your plans change
  • Understand and use the UDSIS system
  • Know the academic calendar and deadlines
  • Utilize campus resources as needed and/or recommended
  • Read and understand University policies
  • Identify and create your personal educational goals that are consistent with your interests, values, and abilities – and communicate them to your academic advisor
