The Lerner Edge Program offers both undergraduate and graduate students a unique opportunity to gain a competitive advantage in their career pursuits. Through this program, Lerner students are carefully matched with alumni for a one-time, 30-minute micro-mentoring appointment. During this meeting, students can seek personalized guidance on a range of career-related topics, such as resume building, interviewing strategies, job and internship searches, salary negotiations, transitioning from college to career, choosing a major, and more.

Students can request up to two meetings per semester, allowing them to connect with different alumni or address specific concerns as they progress through their academic and professional journey.
