Frequently Asked Questions
How do I list a course waiver or transfer credit?
Simply write waived or transfer where the grade would otherwise go.
I’m a dual degree student. Are there enough lines on the form for my classes?
There are almost enough lines to claim 59 credits for your dual degree. Write small – but legibly! Split several cells crosswise.
What about the grades for the classes I’m in this semester?
The Grad Office will fill those in on their final degree clearance after the semester grades are posted.
If you have further questions, write the question on a sticky note and attach it to your form – we’ll take it from there.
